Through your customer account, you can share your referral link directly with a friend via Facebook, X, and/or email. You can also share it by copying and pasting it on other social media, via SMS, or WhatsApp.
Once your friend clicks on the link, they will be redirected to the store page where they will need to enter their email address to receive their reward/discount code. They will then simply need to copy and paste this code to apply it at checkout.
When your friend makes a purchase using the reward code, the referral is considered finalized. You will then receive an email informing you of the purchase made by your friend thanks to your reward/discount code. To find this information, go to the store where you made the referral, open the Smile panel, then click on "My rewards."
Loyalty: How can I earn points?
You can earn points in the "Ways to earn" section of your customer account. To accumulate points via social media (liking the Facebook page, following the Instagram page, etc.), click directly on the panel. Points obtained by creating an account or placing an order will be credited immediately to your account, provided you are logged in and use the same email address as the one associated with your store account.

- 🛍️ 10 points for every €1 spent
- 🎉 100 points offered upon registration
- 👍 Points offered by subscribing to our Facebook and Instagram pages
Your points are automatically added to your account.

The more you accumulate, the more your savings grow.

You can check at any time:
- your point balance
- your available rewards
directly from your customer account.

- Points are personal and non-transferable
- Rewards are not convertible into cash
- Offers may be changed at any time
Warning: If a total or partial refund occurs after the points scale for the "Place an order" action has been modified, the customer's point balance will be adjusted (added or subtracted) according to the current scale.
