Glucosamine is a basic element from which the body produces substances such as chondroitin sulfate for articular cartilage and hyaluronic acid, a component of joint fluid. It is part of the composition of proteoglycans, substances that allow cartilage to absorb shocks.

Chondroitin sulfate belongs to the glycosaminoglycan family. These chemical compounds provide structure and elasticity to a large part of our cartilage, skin, tendons, and artery walls, among others. Chondroitin sulfate is particularly abundant in joint cartilage, where it is part of the composition of proteoglycans, substances that allow cartilage to absorb shocks.

Hyaluronic acid is a glycosaminoglycan recommended for the treatment of osteoarthritis. It is suggested for painful symptoms of osteoarthritis and in preventing osteoarthritic progression. It is present in the synovial fluid found in joint cavities.

MSM (methyl sulfonyl methane) is a sulfur-containing substance. It is found in small quantities in many foods such as milk, eggs, chili pepper, or onion, and in certain plants like horsetail, for example. MSM is one of the best-selling food supplements across the Atlantic, where it is suggested for relieving pain associated with osteoarthritis (rheumatism).

Silicon is a mineral present in almost all living beings. In humans, it is involved, among other things, in the formation of bones, tendons and ligaments, cartilage, skin, hair, nails, and tooth enamel.

Collagen is broken down into peptides and amino acids. The body can use them to stimulate the production of new collagen, thus contributing to the regeneration of joint tissues. The amino acid content improves its assimilation in the gastrointestinal tract.

Usage tips

Once a day, before a meal, dissolve 2 heaped scoops (10g) in a large glass of water (20cl), stir for 10 seconds. Drink.
