How to prepare?

Fill a heaping teaspoon of the preparation into a disposable bag, add hot water (70/75° Celsius), then let steep for 3 to 5 minutes depending on the desired strength.

Enjoy your cup as is, or personalize it with honey, lemon, verbena, chamomile... or other aromatic touches according to your taste.

Tips

For a balanced infusion, do not overfill the bag. The ingredients need a little space to release their aromas into the water. If you are just starting out, start with a small amount, then gradually adjust the quantity to suit your taste.
