Directions for use:
Dissolve 2 measuring spoons (10g) in a large glass of water (200 ml), preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
1 measuring spoon = 1 tablespoon.
This pot allows for 15 daily servings of 10g.
Store at a stable, moderate temperature and away from humidity.
Repeat program if necessary.
